Can u put air bags or lower the car when it has 4x4?

i dont know about air bags, but you can lower a 4x4. belltech makes a 3/3 drop kit for 4x4 blazers. stylin concepts carries it, heres a link Belltech 3/3 4x4

Isn't that the opposite direction than you're supposed to go?
