ive got the dynomax superturbo bolt on cat and its alittle louder then stock but not like a flowmaster or magnaflow. it give it alittle more throat but by no means loud and like i said flowmaster like. it does get a little bit louder once it get broken in. it does sound good though if your looking for a mellow quite tune.

I also have it. I chose it because I wanted the performance gains with out the loud exhaust. Its slightly louder than stock. For the price I don't think you can beat it. Its also very easy to install.

I was going for more on the louder side, but i dont really want to spend the money for flowmaster or magnaflow.

If you ditch your cat and put a straight pipe in it will make it quite a bit louder. However this is illegal and if your vehicle has emissions/inspections it will most likley fail.

I installed a Dynomax super turbo muffler and Magnaflow cat 3 weeks ago, and like the others have said its nice and mellow, not obnoxiously  loud like others. IMO sixes sound terrible when they are loud, nothing compares to a V8, when it comes to exhaust note. I searched exhaust clips on 4.3's for some time and liked the mellow sound of the Dynomax.
