Another trans problem - 3/29/2008 5:43:27 AM    BLAZER_BOB_00   Posts: 1 Joined: 3/29/2008 Status: offline I have a 2000 Blazer with transmission issues. The check engine light came on and soon after, 1st and 4th gear quit working. Ran the codes at Auto Zone, said the 1-2 shift solonoid was bad. Does it sound like replacing the solonoid will fix my problem? How does the 1-2 solonoid affect 4th gear? Thanks, Bob Post #: 1
