Well...lets say this..I've got 265/70/15s, and I rubbed like crazy at stock height.  This was with a 4.5'' backspaced rim.  I would imagine your 20'' is a similar backspacing, but if you have the stock 6'' of backspacing, you'll just rub frame.  I had to trim the back of the wheel well, and then lifted 1.25'' in the front and 1.5'' in the back and I still rub at full lock on the wheel well cover.  A bit more trimming would take care of it, but it's fine for most daily driving.

After a drop I would say you won't be able to barely turn.  When I had stock everything (cept for the rims) I could only turn 1/4 turn of the steering wheel to each side before catching fender horribly.

With running a 20 inch rim the preffered tire size if planning a drop latr would be 215/40r20 if you desire that cushion of a 40 series do you plan on eventually bagging your blazer after the drop in the future?? If you do then you might as well get 215/35r20 to avoid excessive cutting and also keep your ac and heat!!!

Haha oh wow...didn't realize dropping and bagging was so involved!  I suppose slamming it does stuff the wheel all the way up into the well...looks sexy but I have no idea where the wheel goes!!

Can those actually drive while down on the frame?  I can't imagine they turn very gracefully..

They can drive straight but no they can't turn unless they dont want their fenders anymore. So they have to air up the trucks high enough so the wheels will clear without rubbing on the fenders.
