You might have a sagging t-bar on the right side.  Measure from the ground to the bottom of the fender well at the highest point (both sides).  If the pass. side is lower (which it probably is), just get under there and crank up the pass. side torsion bar.  It'll fix the sag, and since you're only adjusting .25'' or whatever it needs, you're not risking the ball joints/cv's much if at all.

It very well could, but I've heard alot more blazers with sagging t-bars on the passenger side than any other issue.

I could be wrong though, but it's worth a check

Well, today i measured the height on both sides and they are the same height. haha. so whats my plan of action now. I need shocks, so do you think that would raise it at all?

Does the pass. tire stick out a little farther than the drivers? I know my blazer needs new ball joints and the pass. side tire sticks out about an inch more than the drivers. Before I trimmed my fenders only my pass. side would rub ocassionally.

What was the height you measured and was there even like .1" difference between the sides? Even a very slight extra sag on the right might be enough to make it rub. Also for kicks have you jacked up the right wheel and done a nice shake to check for worn out frontend parts?

Well. I just did the ball joints not 6 months ago, and the height on the right is so close to the left i cant tell if there is a major difference. why would ball joints make a difference anyway.
