can  i put 350 engine an tranny also front and rear axles on to 1993 nissan pathfinder

Can you?  Yes.  But that says nothing of the difficulty level.  You can put fullsize axles under an s-series (SFA swap, etc) if you have enough time, money, and the appropriate tools (if you don't have the tools, more $$$).  Anything can be accomplished with a little bit of ingenuity and a little or a lot of money!
