is the zr2 suspension not interchangeable? i mean, if you were able to find one in a bone yard, could you snag the front suspension and rear axle?

You could use the rear axle, but that is it.  The front suspension will not fit on a regular 4x4 frame.

No the frames are different between zr2s and non zr2s. The sr2 frame is bigger and the mounting brackets are different aswell. Its not worth the work for 3 inches. You may aswell just get the rough country 2 inch lift and do a b.l. Then you would have plenty of room for 31s 32s or even 33s with trimming.

I am struggling to find Flares for a 2000+ 4Door as well,  i looked at that link above and it only brought up a trail blazer. Thats not what i need.   What does this guy have?(SEE PIC)   (i found this on the Net.  Here is what he wrote:  Body Lift – Bushwacker flares. Manik F guard. PIAA 520’s. Safari rack. Smitty nerfs. 30950R15 Michelin. LTX AT’s on MT classic II’s.

I got on the bushwackers website and they said that only the front 2peice set would fit a 2002 4 door, They only one varity fits the 4door blazer.  That sounds odd to me.  I need to find a way to get some legit flares on a 2002 4 door.  I am losing hope on the net.

The only company I''ve seen that makes flares for a 4 door is EGR.  I''ve got the link saved somewhere...I''ll see if I can find it.

But as far as them being ''legit'' or not....

Edit: Got em. CLICK ME. EGR apparently does not make these anymore though, which is why the link I posted on the first page of this thread no longer works.
