ok i did the u joints put in a new pinion and ring gears drives fine between 0-25 mph
anything above that and the rear vibrates pretty rough been threw this forum for about 4 hours trying to look threw all the post about rear ends and couldnt find anything on what my problem is if i could get some advice before i go out and spend even more money to fix it cuz i miss driving it

Was the driveshaft indexed before you took it out to put the u-joints in?  If not, pull the bolts of the rear, flip the driveshaft 180 degrees and reinstall.

Did you check the contact patch and engagement on the ring/pinion when you set up the rear?

yea i did that already thinking that was the problem it isnt my first time working with drive shafts

Just trying to cover the basics.  I have no clue what a contact patch or engagement is and Kyle knows his stuff...The only experience I have with a vibration and u-joints is a driveshaft that isn't indexed.

Hope you find the culprit!

nope didnt do that ill do that first thing saturday morning been driving my 96 bonneville since it started vibrating like this now i wanna drive it again i miss it but then again if i cant fix it ill just sell it as is

So does that mean that you didn't check back lash, etc either?

thanks for the info now ill print the page so i have it and figure it all out and see where my muff up is

That is just the first thing I found that had the steps.  There are better pages that detail things better if you search around the internet a bit more.
