I have a 2000 2dr 4x4 with 80k miles.  I think it may be time to do some work on the suspension as I have noticed some sway in the body lately and the rear seams to have sagged a little.  What exactly would have to be done? Would new shocks all around do the trick? If I have to do that, I would like to get a little more height out of it while I'm at it. Is this something that can be done in the driveway with a good set of tools?  Sorry for the ignorance, but I know NOTHING about suspensions.  I've done some searching and have seen posts about leafs, but a lot of people don't like that option....

Thanks in advance!

Shocks don't control the vehicle height. In the front, your torsion bars do that, and in the rear it's the leaf springs.

You probably need to replace your shocks now simply for standard upkeep and maintenance (I believe their only rated to 50k miles).  If you want height, you can look into torsion bar adjustment for the front (that's a whole nother can of worms....do a search for lift, torsion bar, t bar, front end...etc...probably 3200300394 threads on tbar lift).  To fix the rear, you'll want to get an add a leaf.  Either long or short, depending on if you want a stiffer ride, and also how much height you want to lift in the back, you might want to run a search on here for shackles.
