Does it work in IE or FF? Does it work if you disable your antivirus? How about it if you have the new picture on your desktop? *Moving to Help & Suggestions Center*

NOD 32 wont have anything to do with it at all due to its not a firewall program and its not blocking your ports. When your connect is reset that means something is blocking it but its not NOD32. Check your router or windows firewire.
