Question about performance chips - 4/5/2008 8:15:28 PM    Stopphn   Posts: 20 Joined: 3/23/2008 Status: offline I see that ebay have these performance chips from 5-40 bucks and I wanted to know if they work?  These chips are surpose to increase HP by 20-25 and guess mileage by 4mpg.  Do anybody know if this is true and if these chips really work?  Do you have one? Like said they try to fool the computer but most of the time the computer will recalabrate itself to fix the "problem". You can go buy 100 of their "chips" for like $5 at radio shack.
