nice truck. i always wanted a extreme blazer but cant find any around here. a friend of mine had one but he likes sticks in his vehicles so it was a 5 speed. he was also sponsered by audiobahn so he had a nice system too. does the voolant take in air behind the headlight or does it come in from the grille ?

how do they work with the CFI motor ? ive seen listed for 94-95 the TBI motor and it looks round where it would hook up to a TBI motor not the CFI. if that makes sense. i emailed them and called them but no responce.

i forgot to mention the other models werent the right year for my truck (if i remember right 1 was for older 5.7 blazers up to 94 i think and the other one was 96+ and the one for the 94-95 were for the tbi motor) so i dont know if theres one that will fit. guess ill have to go with a K&N. it makes me mad that i get no responce from them. youd think that if i was wanting to spend my money on a volant cai then volant would bend over backwards answering any questions that i have.

Have you tried emailing them or only calling?  dont rush to get a k&n,  try emailing volant first ..

AEM also makes a very good intake. I have a K&N and did exactly what 2002XTREME said... I found it for a good price on ebay so I snatched it up real quick but I really wish I had waited to get the one I wanted.

i finally founf a pic online because my memory card reader dont want to read the card for my camera. i sent it to volant and they replied to me sayign that GM only had a limited run of CPI''s and they didnt have anythign in stock now. i have no clue what they ment by that but basically im SOL. it was wierd the pic i found online has a K&N intake on it. i got a kick out of that.

i have a volant on my 96... its an expensive intake but i think its worth the money. better throttle response and its a little more open on the highway. like most intakes, no drastic changes.
