Sounds like everything. You'll need a set of vernier calipers for measuring the shims, a torque wrench, a dial indicator with a magnetic or screw on base, and the proper preload for the carrier bearings. If you can measure the over all length of the two carriers and take the difference, you'll know how many more/less side shims you'll need for the appropriate side preload on the carrier bearings. Last time I looked, I couldn't find the side preload procedure though.
