Just bought some DAKOTA Definity M/T 30X9.50R15LT Tires at Pep Boys. Just wanted to share because I spent some time on the Internet researching rims, tires, wheels, lugs, etc. and didn't find too much specifcs. I really like how they look. Primary reason for going with these was price. Do they rub? Yes, unfortunately with the stock vehicle height the front tires rub just barely in the back when I turn the wheel all the way left or right. See the pictures for more detail. The ride is surprisingly quiet. This is my first set of mud terain tires and I expected a lot of noise, but not bad on the street or the highway. With the windows rolled up I don't even hear them that much. If I was to listen to the radio then I would definately not hear them. Pep Boys was having the buy three tires get the fourth one free. Welll sort of, you pay for all four tires and some mandatory "Installation Package Items" aka Road Hazard Warranty, Valve Stems or TPMS, and Balance and then they mail you your REBATE check for the amount of one tire, in my case $112.99. So here is the cost picture breakdown: $112.99 - Per Tire .....0.00 - Tire Mounting .....1.50 - Tire Handling Charge per tire ...11.99 - Wheel Balance Heavy per tire ....8.99 - Road Hazard Warranty per tire ....2.99 - Valve Stems? per tire ....1.75 - State Fee: California Tir per tire ..35.96 - Tax ============================== $596.80 TOTAL http://www.flickr.com/photos/25668175@N05/sets/72157604548436989/

Looks good! I saw the same tires in 33 on a Jeep this past weekend...they're a nice looking tire. Also my dad put a set of Dakota A/Ts on his Explorer..and they've lasted a solid 40k miles! For the price, they seem like a good tire! Interesting though that you rub with the 30x9.5. Did you get actual 30x9.5 or did you get a metric sized tire? I know my 265/70/15s are a good half inch wider than the same tire that has a 10.50 section width in high-float sizing.
