I finally figured out why I get good highway miles and bad city miles! Well it turns out that the GTO headlight covers I put on my blazer stops the air from coming into the air intake area. I figured it out today when I was preping for a long trip and took off the gto covers. I got recessed headlights and the GTO headlight cover blocks the air going around the headlights into the air intake. I always had them on when in the city and got really bad milage in the city. I think it only is bad for recessed lights and not the others. I will never put does damn things on again and the good thing is I got them for 5 bucks on ebay. If anybody has these headlight covers on a blazer with recessed lights take them off right now. They are blocking all the air for the intake! FYI I got 21 highway miles but racing with lots of cars on the way and did WOT like 20 times.
