Not sure about the TSB, but I have a thought check that your sway bar links have nuts on them and are tight. I need to change mine in a few weeks since both nuts are missing. That will give a nice clunk on uneaven ground and some turns.

I believe the washers are threaded. But I did go tighten them up and installed 2-5/16 uss nuts as back ups. That seemed to help still a little but better. My rubbers look good. That could be the TSB to check sway bar to see if tight. Let's see if someone else tunes in with other thoughts. Thanks for bring those to my attention. Craig
