I have a crunk in the front suspension when I turn sharp & hit a bump or rough place in a road at slow speeds. I have grease fittings on all ball joints & they are greased. Went I'm driving & hit pot holes or rough road I hear nothing. Only sharp turn at slow speed.
I don't see anything loose, the trucks steering is tight, Nothing loose. I see there was a TSB in 2004 on cluck when applying brakes hard. Does anyone know anymore about the TSB from GM?
Any thoughts?

Not sure about the TSB, but I have a thought check that your sway bar links have nuts on them and are tight. I need to change mine in a few weeks since both nuts are missing. That will give a nice clunk on uneaven ground and some turns.

I believe the washers are threaded. But I did go tighten them up and installed 2-5/16 uss nuts as back ups. That seemed to help still a little but better. My rubbers look good.
That could be the TSB to check sway bar to see if tight.
Let's see if someone else tunes in with other thoughts. Thanks for bring those to my attention.
Craig
