sky96744 has them black rock crawlers on his truck.  You can see his profile here.

I thought the soft 8's had the holes in them?  Are they 'rock crawler' rims too?

Look at my gallery but its a black truck

Crager Soft 8's

I can comment on cheapness...I obught mine for 39.99 each! They aint cheap...balanced out perfectly when I got them, after offroading the 5th time I bent one rim but it balanced back out....wheels hold up agaisnt alot....and for 40 bucks, if you really do bend one badly...replacement wont be an issue!

Spend 40 bucks more for your set and get Pro Comp Rock Crawlers.  Gotta love a warranty

Go with the 4.5.  It's about .25'' shy of ZR2 stance, and it's pretty close to stock (havn't heard about blowing parts with 4.5), and it's small enough that stock sized tires will clear without rub (at least my Kumho 795 all-seasons did)

Edit: One more thought....if I were to get new rims, or do my rims again, I would get something a little more unique than the steel D rings or 8-holes...I just see 'em alot, and I like to stand out..But, you can't beat the price, and they definitely look great

I did the same thing, and I got toasted.  Ordered the 8-hole ones, buy 3 get 1 free, got a call after the promo ended that they were out of stock in the bolt pattern, so they suggested switching to the D rings...which I did, not thinking they were simply re-ordering...

Basically I lost the 1 free deal

Probably my fault though, as I didn't check up on it...eh..

You should of called them back about that. Your original order was placed for the buy 3 get 1 free. They should have honored it since it wasn't your fault that they were out of stock. I called 4wheelparts last night and ordered some new tires. Had them price match another site and included free shipping.

Yes...great stance, and you shouldn't have the major issues 10.50s bring.  Worst case you might just need to go up an inch on the tbars (give it a nice level stance, and free up the rubbage)

They''re Pro Comp Rock Crawlers, series 51.  15x8 with 4.5'''' backspacing.

Alloys tend to be lighter weight but stonger than the cheaper steel wheels, and then there''s the whole rust thing.  But alloys can rust too

Now I feel stupid buying five Cagar Soft 8 steel rims. Everybody seems to say they are piece of junk? I am thinking of putting 31" BFG A/Ts on them. What do you all think, is it a waist of money ? Also, how much will they stick out farther from the stock rims that I have right now? I don''t know the stock backspacing so don''t know the difference between the two. The rims I bought have 4in backspacing and the size is 15x7, how many inches will they stick out farther from my stock rims?

Your stock rims have 6'''' of backspacing. you''ll be 2'''' wider on each side.

That''s not entirely too bad, my rims are 4.5'''' backspacing, and I rather like ''em

Thanks, WolfPack! What if I put something wider than 31 x 10.5''s? I know they don''t make 31 x 11.5''s but what if a tire with a different size like 255 x 95 R15 or something like that? Basically I want to go with the widest tire they make that will fit on my new 15x7 Soft 8''s and so they are about the same height as the 31''s.

Thank you for your help!

Well, safely, the widest you want to go on a 15x7 is 11'''' wide.  You can find 31x11.50s, they''ll just be expensive.  And remember with tire sizes, it''s width x aspect ration, so a 255 x 95 is less than 10.5 wide (10.5'''' wide is 265).  A 31x10.50 is 265/75/15, if you went wider, it''d be something like 290/70/15 (31x11.50).

Thanks for the info. I guess I''ll just stick with the 31x10.5''s. I am supposed to get the rims tomorrow and will get the new BF Goodrich A/T''s installed next Monday if everything goes well. I will post some pictures of my beast! If you (anyone) look at my profile, I am a member here for a good amount of time. I was working on my Blazer and never could get around to post the WHOLE process and a lot of pictures. I will do that soon I think ! As you can see in my signature it says "Under Construction", I think it will always be under construction but I will try and make the AWSOME post and share a little part of my life.

Thanks again WolfPack!!!
