Yeah, a 2048x1536 picture isn't too friendly on very many monitors. If you have a mouse with a clickable scroll wheel, usually the clicking allows you to scroll by moving the page. click it and move the mouse around to see the rest of the pic.

or you can just click the page percentage down (bottom right hand corner, where it says 100%)
