I have recently put on a 2inch PA body lift for my 2000 4dr 4wd blazer, and i guess they didnt make the bodylift for blazers with a hitch so i had to take it off.  I used the brackets for the bumper so now i cant tow using the bumper.  My friend and I are almost done making brackets for the hitch because it wouldn't fit after the body lift.  What i am asking is, sense i cant tow using the bumper with brackets, does that mean i will not be able to to using my hitch with brackets?

I think it is a reese hitch, but definatly not a hidden hitch if that helps.

Yea i know i havnt heard of anything either so maybe we just got fed up messing with the body lift, took us the whole weekend, and ended up not paying attention when it really could have fit in.  Well now its all been choped up and modified so i might as well put it on with the brackets, i just hope it works.
