My Blazer got broken into and the radio stolen... so in puting in a new Kenwood, I'm looking all over and I can't find the radio antenna. Can someone tell me where it comes from? I'm afraid the jerk who broke in just yanked it out, but I don't see any thing at all to indicate where it might have been.

I'm lost on this one and looking for any help or suggestions!
OK, I finally found the antenna wire, and it's broken off as I feared. Anyone know how to replace/fix it?

I found the repair part I needed at RadioShack; here is the link

Its going to be tough to install the repair plug on the stub of cable thats left, but once it is in, I'll use the Metra extension cable that I found at AutoZone, Metra number AW-EC144. It is 12 feet long, but not too big so I should be able to tie it back out of the way.

Not much money for these two items, but a real pain to track them down and install them. I sure hope no one else has to go through a breakin and radio theft. Theives are always in a hurry and they don't care what they damage.
