ok so do u think it would look "GAY" if there was a 4dr 4x4 truck with out being lowered and had 20 inch rims on it? j/w lay it on im thinkin about doin this.........

but as for lowering and lfting im a fan of both i like lowered trucks alot but only if there done well and lfted looks sweet but i still like to see the truck being clean haha and it has to look nice aswell

bags would be nice but i wanna lift it. plus would you have to disconnect the 4 wheel drive to bag it? ive heard from some local shops you may have to disconnect the 4x4 to install bags

ive seen it done with keeping the front axle operational. of course there is no "bolt on" kits to do it, but any good shop will be able to do it. don't get me wrong, it'll cost big bucks if you cant do it yourself, but it'll look sweet! im not a big fan of lifting, but do whatever makes you happy.

thanks for the input. by the way zero psi, i like your s10 pic. did you have to cut the bed to lay frame or did you just notch it?

I could see lowering a 2wd truck. The extreme's look really nice, so why not?

Just seems purpose-defeating to lower a 4x4.... Sure, you COULD get out of the mud if it wasn't up to your frame

I think of it this way.
4x4 get lifted.
and its ok to lower a 2wdr if you really must.

That Blazer will be just fine. Rollovers are drivers error. I have seen cars roll over.
2" body lift and you can fit 31" tires. 2" lift of any kind and you can fit 31" tires. To get bigger tires, lets talk....

It would fit, but its most likely going to rub some, like on the sway bar. Here is a LINK to Bridgestone sizes and specs. A 255/70R16 is equal to a 30X10. Hanr3 has a real good write-up about what fits, but I believe its a 30X9.50 used in his test. A 245/70R16 should fit just fine no problems. Hope this helps.

Lift it. It's fun to look down at chicks in tank tops and see cleavage.
