a 350 is almost a bolt in porcedure. if you work on it quick and have knowledge then it shouldnt take more thatn 2wks, but with no knowledge and not working on it quick can take years. My brother(95_4door) just did a 350 swap in his blazer and it took him about 2 mths with him working on it only on his days off.

its a lot harder then it sounds
unless you have experience in mechanics and engine swaps then its going to take u a long time
going on 2 years and 2 months with my baby
prob about 50% of the time spend on body 50% on mechanical
and thats basically just working weekends with limited mechanical experience.

Take your time and it won't be that bad. I switched to a carbed 350 and it didn't take much modification at all (really only relocating the shock towers). A special oil pan, headers, mounts, etc. will be required, but aren't that bad.

Here are a couple of pics of it once in and running. I still have minor tuning and mods to do, but it is driveable, and is my daily driver right now.

ya like if you have someone that knows what they are doing then its really not all that hard.
as long as you dont end up changing every pannel of the truck and all the mechanical like i did then you should be good :)
