Lately anytime I read a post that has a link inside the message and I click on that link I get redirected to a dealership website like Subaru or Toyota??? Is this happening to anyone else or is there a higher power telling me I need a new car???

you probly have some spywhere or adwear or some sort of ware on your computer use spybot addaware and avg free edition to scan your comp

don't know if it is realated but do you have yahoo? we had it and everytime we went on the internet it would automatically start it's own serch for off the wall things cars, computers, anything realy and you couldn't navigate casue it would do this every 10 seconds.

I have noticed that from time to time. Especially if you aren't logged in. Generally its not an actual link posted by the user and instead its an embedded ad. Usually, they are underlined twice and now, they're red so they seem even more real... they used to be blue.

I PrintScreen'ed one in the link below. If you move the mouse over it, a small box will pop up but if you click it, it will generally take you to another site like you said. In the one below, I hovered the cursor over the 4x4 "link" in Thor's signature.

I think that's what you're talking about...

You do realize that you can disable the text ads right... Click on the '?' and there should be directions on the page that opens.
