Okay so on the highway coming home tonight a car came into my lane.  I tried to use the horn and the entire electrical system in the dash went nuts.  The radio shut off, the floor lights came on, all the warning lights lit up, the outside lights turned off and made this horrible rapid clicking noise from the horn portion of the steering wheel.  Also the dome light quite working even when you try to manually turn it on and now the radio (stock) is losing its stored stations and time.  This all happened after I got a fm modulator for my ipod and used it for the first time today.......could that have shorted out my dash panel it now does this everytime you hit the horn even witht the ipod fm modulator unhooked?  The horn worked fine yesterday and now its nuts.

sounds almost like a bad ground, check the ground behind the drivers side kick panel, make sure the nut is tight
