2 rather popular DIY articles I spent quite a bit of time writing have been seemingly hacked up, with the latter halves of each one deleted, removing quite a bit of of useful info in one case, and practically most of the useful information in the other.

See:
http://www.blazerforum.com/m_75839/tm.htm

And:
http://www.blazerforum.com/m_65358/tm.htm

Or was this something that happened to other posts during that outage a few days ago? I certainly didn't do anything to them myself, and no one else knows my password, nor does it say I did any editing (within the last year or so) on them.

EDIT: Hmm, seems like other DIY articles got hacked up too. So I'm guessing this is not just directed at me (Awwww ), but instead just some general crappage. Well at least I have a backup copy of my article I can post again, but it may be worthwhile going through to check other articles too.

For example:

http://www.blazerforum.com/m_47773/tm.htm

Pilgrim's post on doing the IMG got chopped off about halfway through, similarly.

Thanks for the heads up. I will direct this information to the appropriate channels to look into it.

I have investigated and it looks like it did it to pretty much every thread in DIY. Hopefully there's an easy fix.

No idea why this has happened other than while the site was down.  This is not someone being pissed at you.  But I do not have any explaination as to why this has happened.

This affects quite a few of the Pxxxx Explained posts I have created as well.  Jenn may have answered the question though, seems there may be a newly imposed character limit on the posts.  We will follow up with Patrick to see if this is the case.

Thanks. We've established that it is in fact a character limit that has been imposed. We're waiting to hear from Patrick on whether on not these posts can be restored, or if we can at least have access to the information to REpost it.
