I have a 2004 4 Door 4x4 and I'm looking for a body lift.  But the only ones I seem to find are for the 2 Door or ZR2s.

Does anyone one have any suggestions?

Pretty much you're looking for Preformance Accessories kit #152.  The directions/application guide from PA indicate that 152 is only 98-02...but most other websites say it will work up to 04/05.

Synergy Offroad has one.

So does Rocky Mountain Suspension Products.

Also Ebay.

And Suspension Connection.

Awesome, Thanks!  And those kits will work for a 2004 4-Door 4x4?  I was told that the mounts were different for the 4-Door as opposed to the 2-Door, was there any truth to that?

I don't think so...The kits all say blazer or zr2, so they're all 2-door compatible...then the install instructions from PA show it being installed on a 4-door.

It is the same kit for the four door as well as the two door.
