Ok, first off I have no experience with AC, mine blows out heavily from the floor and barely pours out on the dash and doesn't get cold at all and the belt will spin and stop and continue to spin, doesn't stay completely on, was wondering if all this is a weekened project or if I should bring it into a AC shop, thanks.

yeah it could be an weekend project but as far as your a/c not blowing heavily through the dash you may need to check your vacume line under the hood its one that goes through you firewall into the cabin it could be pinched or broken you just have to find and trace it its usaully located on the first gen right behind the breather its usually conected to an spliter and the reason why you a/c compresser is not stayin on is because your freon (R 134 ) may need to be recharged
