So yeah, five 15" black steel crawler rims with specs like this: 10x8, 5 on a 4.75" bolt circle, and 4" back spacing. Don't matter if scratched or other normal use (not BIG, FAT dents). May be with tires but either new or like new condition.

What size tires would I have to put on them? Will they clear my fenders and frame on stock suspension?

my guess is a tire that fits a 15" rim  I have the same ones

If you can't find used rims check out Summit Racing.  I bought some in 15X7 a few years back for less than $40 each.  I think they were made by US Wheels.  I sold them along with tires a couple of weeks ago.
