You cannot assume that the fuel pressure is good. Have you put a gauge on it? On a few vehicles, I actually had to drive around with my gauge attached to the fuel rail to monitor the pressure while driving so I could see what happened to the pressure when the problem occurred. With my new scan tool, that is a thing of the past (real time monitoring FTW)! But yeah, unless you have verified the pressure, with a gauge, you really do not know if it is proper or not. A poor connection to the pump could cause intermittent stalling. Then there is the ignition switch that could be the culprit... Do you ever notice the security light on your dash illuminating before or at the time of the stall?
