Alright, I just bought some black projector headlights for my 88 s10 blazer, I installed them and put 100/120w H4 bulbs in them, and when i drive at night i can barely see anything, and they seem really dim. I was wondering if I''m just mislead with the whole projector thing, cuz i thought they were suppose to be bright, But when i drive i can barely see 10 feet in front of me. I was wondering if you guys could help me out, if it''s a wiring issue or something else. Thank you in advance.

Those "projector" style lights sold on ebay suck.  I have some output pics here.

The blackout lights suck-period. It doesn''t matter if they are the projectors or normal H4 convos.

The H4 projectors suck for light output. The outside reflector is trying to scatter the light (which with the black ones it absorbs the light) while the projector is trying to focus the light and it just don''t work.

Take it from somebody that has wasted their money and thrown it in the garbage just get the normal H4 clear lens with the chrome reflector if you wanna see. I first got the chrome projectors and trashed them after the first night, then like a dumbass I ordered the black H4s and was gonna trash them after the first night but my brother wanted them. He soon trashed them and went to normal sealed beams. I''m now using the normal chrome H4s and love them. I have repalced the bulbs with PIAA hyperwhites and they light up the road like crazy. I''ve had the bulbs pro aligned and people still try to bright light me every now and then.
