Ok so this guy in my girlfriends neighborhood has a nice S10 ZR5 with HUGE dual tail-pipes and while ive only heard it i havent gotten the chance to talk to him and ask if its stock.. but anyhow will a catback for this car fit on a 98 blazer? They look the same other than the cargo area being that of a truck instead of an SUV. I have been looking for dual tailpipe systems for awhile and just keep getting the same old single systems. Do they even make dual tailpipes for a 98 blazer or am i going to have to have one custom made?

Could probably modify it.  It isn''t stock I can tell you that.

The problem you are going to run into is the gas tank and possibly the spare tire carrier if it is under your truck (you didn''t say whether it is a 4dr or 2dr).
