Hey guys. Me again, haven''t been able to get my 94 s-10 blazer to shift properly. 4l60E.
Won''t shift into 1st or 4th. Starts in 3rd but will only do 2nd manually. No downshifting either.
I pulled off the pan, checked both of the solenoids and they clicked (so I assume that means they work.) I heard you could check voltage to the solenoids by leaving the ignition on and moving the gear selector. However I got no voltage at all. All my fuses are good and I tried resetting the computer just incase that did something, but nothing worked.

I''m looking for someone who has more experience with the problem, and could possibly walk me through a few things to check. I really can''t afford to put it in a shop, or to even get a new vehicle. Don''t want to scrap it either because it was my first car and it''s great for hauling things. If anyone can dedicate a little time to helping me out, I''ll try to make it worth your time. Thanks.
