Stupid question

bad350v8s10tahoe -> Stupid question (6/27/2008 3:07:30 PM)

I am lazy and dont want to pull my wheel to figure out wheel stud length, anybody know off hand what length the studs are? I want to add spacers on the rear to get a wider track, looks silly with the front wider than the back in my opinion

I added spacers to the rear on my 02 blazer, If i remember correctly i put 1 1/2 on each side but i cant remember for sure.  The spacers bolt to the hub and there are studs on the spacer to bolt the wheel.  I did not have to cut or modify anything.  I put aluminum ones on and to be quite honest, i find it handles alot better in the wind and driving straight.

Yeah i figured the studs were 1.5 inches, just wanted to be sure before i buy spacers. I had a Fiero GT that i put 1 inch spacers on the rear, had to drill out the back of the wheels to clear the studs....what a PITA that was, lol! Wider track always handles better, as they say the taller you go the wider you want to go. Thanks for the input! [8D]
