how would you test the transfer case vaccuum switch on a 94 4.3 s-10 blazer ? i need to know,,on the switch itself,,,  which one of the 3 comes from the engine,, and which 1 goes to front actuator,,and which 1 is the vent ?  i read that you can put this vaccuum plug on wrong,,i have constant vaccuum at the frant axle actuator,,i was thinking the previous owner may have put it on wrong,,,,i bought my blazer from a total drunk,,and i dont have a clue at what all he has done. i have fixxed alot of stuff....i do have a hand operated vaccuum pump,,but i dont want to damage the vaccum switch.. please help !!!!

to simplify things...i need a break down of the transfer case vaccuum switch....which one of the 3 nipples does what??

And another...

which 1 of the 3 nipples is the vent?        the other 2 should be the vaccuum switch, from the engine to the front actuator...

theres 3 vacumhoses comes from TC. One goes directly to switch (should be inder your battery), 2.nd hose goes to vacum source, directly from manifold or through the canister (ball mounted on the hood) , the 3rd. one is the vent.

if you dont have a vacum leak, you can check your switch if it switches from 2wd to 4wd.
During the years, vacum hoses cracks, I have changed all vacum hoses of mine last month to be safe side.
