Talking to truckers on my way to work 
I use the PA function more than the CB, but as I have no PA horn mounted at the moment..
Also, the majority of the 4x4 clubs around me require a CB radio in the vehicle when registering for trips/outings.

i use my cb to talk to my buddies when were drivin round. helps on highways to find location of bears too
