On my 97 Blazer 4x4 I noticed the other day I was driving off road on a rough dirt road, & I can hear a banging noise coming from under the floor or dash on the passagers side. It almost sounds like the A/C unit is loose, But I checked it & it is tight. It is kind of a thud. It doesn''t do it unless I get off road on rough dirt roads.
Has anyone else had this or might know where to look. Steering & suspension seems to be tight. sounds like it is a body or body component noise. Only other thing I haven''t checked was a loose body mount.
Any ideas would be appreciated, Thanks
