You got it all man! What more is there to life, right? I'm still changing head gaskets in front of my apartment waiting for the dude on the golf cart to come by and catch me (no maintenance allowed on the property). Yeah, whatever.

friggin old people suck! one day left before we sign papers, and they decide they can't sell their house until next summer. turns out their son is building an addition on his house for them and dosen't want to hire someone to do it for him! he's only working on it on weekends when he feels like it! so they're going to take it off the market and see if its done next summer. back to house hunting...man i hate people. my time will come...oh yes, my time will come. oh well i still got my baby daughter to look foroward to

the apartments that I live in now suck. They are brand new. But after I moved in I found out that they were put up in a hurry. The walls are not completely square, the seals on the doors leak, etc. We had a bad rain storm a few months ago and I had rain coming in through the top of my door. It looked like the movie 'The Ring'. Even stranger than that...the phone rang right after it too. I was a little freaked. I can't do any maintainence in my lot either...not even to wash my ride!!! f**kin' pricks.
