surging idle - 7/17/2008 5:55:50 AM    smokincivic98   Posts: 17 Joined: 4/5/2008 Status: offline i love my 94 vin W. new iac map tps spider fpr fuel filter egr. will start but idle surges has good fuel pressure and if i unplug the iac and reset it it will run fine just at high idle 2300ish i dont know what to do. iam stuck the only thing i can think of is starting it and putting a brick on the gas peddel for a while any help would be nice Post #: 1

Mine idles erratically when I kick on the A/C it gets a little better. It could be the pickup coil in the distributor. Mine also hesitates on occasion going down the road too.
