well i have a question. the gas here is in the $3.90 but there is one place that is selling it for $3.75. how is that? and if any one knows what should be the max ethanol % in gas we should buy?

If a station is privately owned as opposed to company owned, they can charge whatever they feel like charging. I believe 10% ethanol is the max you will encounter.

that may be a cash discount price   alot of stations are doing this because of the 2% fee they have to pay on credit card purchases  which can amount to 10 cents or more on a gallon of gas

0% ethanol is the max you should run unless your car was built to run it.  Ethanol is very hard on the rubber O-rings, even running 10% can cause problems.  I run maybe 5 tanks a year with ethanol and its all during the winter.

When QT started adding ethanol to their gas (or at least stating so on the pumps) I lost about 1mpg average. I sure haven''t seen any benefit to it being in there.
