sub problem - 7/26/2008 7:21:27 PM    pimpinblazer91   Posts: 104 Joined: 10/9/2007 Status: offline ok so i got a set of polk audio momos 12" for free so i put them in ive had them in for about a month now heres my problem when the subs on it makes a ratteling noise but when its off and you push it in and out it goes smooth without resistance or noise ( i have a ported box) then when its on again and you put your hand on the dust cap it stops ratteling and sounds normal again is this sub blown if so is there a way to fix it or is i not even worth it another question is if its not worth it whats your opinions on fi audio 15" either the ssd or the bl or maybe even the q whats your opinions? thanks Post #: 1

I have seen this before when u use to much power on a ported box. sometimes u can use stuffing in the box and see if that works.other then that thats all i can tell ya with the info u gave.It is easier if i can talk to over the phone to explain.Let me know.
