Have a 94 Blazer that surges real bad hard brake pedal too.I have replaced the distributor,the cap and rotor wires and cleaned and gapped all the plugs (less than a year on em)Also cleaned the egr valve and port then R&R the upper plenum to clean the air and EGR passages and it still surges.Also checked the FPR and spider assenbly for leaks and it all looked good.I have a cracked manifold could this be the cause?Or maybe just need a brand new EGR ?
