Both are Best offer.

I bought Pro Comp 31" M/T tires mounted and balenced on Pro Comp series 97 Black Wheels, with chrome lug nuts. 0 miles on them no scratches and come with center caps. all of it is brand new. i bought them along with the lift kit but now finances are not looking so good and i need cash. Throw some offers at me. all together it was around $1100 with the lug nuts/center caps/ and high speed balenceing. best offer

also

I have a brand new PA 2" body lift. never been installed, the box was only opened.

20 minutes ago you were asking for tips and tricks on installing the body lift.  Finances got THAT bad in that amount of time?

Yep. 95-97 is the one kit, 98-03/05 is PA 152.

Nope, like wolf said, 95-97 is one kit, and 98+ is another.
