Why lift a truck, and get huge tires...then buy $3000 rims to put on it?
are you really going to go off road with $3000 each rims? you damage it and your our $3000
i don''t see why if i was going off roading and my truck was lifted and had huge tires i would but some nice look steel rims like the rock crawler ones.
ya it looks good but if all the off road it will ever see is parked the front lawn...then why lift it?

and I live near Des Moines (it is pronounced as one word, damoin) Iowa and i need to find some trails any one know of some?

Some people like the more aggressive appearance. Not everyone is into going out, getting dirty, and breaking stuff like we are

Take my brother for example.
He has a lifted 99 Ford F-250. 8" Lift 20" Rims 38" Tires. Its a "show" truck.
Then he has his play truck. 89 S10 on a fullsize chevy frame. 38" Tires, Stock Rims, 400 small block. Thats the truck that gets down and dirty.

Just depends on what you want the truck for...

It all depends on the person, everyone has different opinions. Why lower a 4wd? People do it, but its their opinions. Thats just my two cents.
