Hey, just got my new Hella Optiux 1900 lights on the front of the Blazer. They are really bright, and appear to be a great deal for the price. I also was messing around my backyard a little, and was quite impressed how quick I went of my bank in the back.

Here are some pics.

Enjoy

Looks good, I like the last picture when your peaking at the top. Are you going to put the valance back on or just run without it? With the tow hooks sticking out and no valance its kind of ugly.

I don''t want to put it back on since it kills my approach angle, but I agree with the ugly comment. I''m thinking of fabbing of a skid plate made of diamond plate. I did it on a previous truck and it looked great.

Yeah, I would like to take mine off again but I dont have time to fab up a skid right now. If you go through and make a skid be sure to post pics.

I will. Money is kinda tight right now, with us just buying a crap load of school clothes/supplies, I got a daughter''s birthday coming up and Christmas is right around the freaking corner. I''m looking for a 3x4 sheet, but cannot find any cheap right now.

Got to try the lights out a few times last week, and they are great. Took a bit to get them adjusted where I want them, but I really like the light output from them.
