Hi guys, I have one question. I want to put the 2005 gas cluster in my truck (I have a diesel truck). The question is, could I put it? Will the RPM gauge work?
My cluster is like this.

And I want to put this cluster

Can I install it? Will it work?

Thanks a lot,

Luciano

Im guessing you would have some issues, the rpm would probably register correctly, but this would only use part of the tach. Also isnt there a glow plug indicator on your current cluster. They probably have a different harrness but you could rig out something im sure.

Not sure anyone outside of your region would know...  I have no information regarding the diesel engine nor the wiring for the particular cluster you are using.

Very likely, the RPM will be incorrect. As will the speed...

Thanks a lot, but i think that is the same cluster. I´d could find the pinout of the Canadian cluster (Km/h and °C) and the Brazilian cluster; and see if it the same or not.

I will say that the pinouts will likely be the same.  However, given that the scales for the tachometer and speedometer are different (something that is programmed into the PCM for a given RPO code), I do not think that the different cluster will display the RPM and speed properly.
