I have searched forever and I''''m confussed as hell !! I have a 95 "w" code engine,Can I use the good heads 96 + (461?) on my 95 with the cpi ?

you can but did the 95''s intake have the vortec bolt pattern? if not i found a thread somewhere that claims you can have them redrilled

I just looked around at parts and a 97 and 96 vin W head would not fit your 95 vin W. Im guessing a 95 probably has roller rockers since both the 96 and 97 specify not for roller rockers where the 95 doesnt mention it.

http://www.babcox.com/editorial/ar/ar39840.htm any more questions? If you do use the newer heads you will also need the corresponding intake manifold. Watch for that info as you read through the article.
