I am new to this forum and from what I see it seems very helpful.  I have a 1995 S10 Blazer 4.3 (Vin W)4x4.  Six months ago it started hesitating on acceleration.  The egr code came on and I took it out and cleaned it.  It ran great until recently.  It had the same symptoms so I went ahead and replaced the egr completely.  This did not fix the problem.  I have now replaced the plugs, wires, cap and rotor button.  I started to replace things because the vehicle won''t code out since I had it cleared.  The last reading was multiple misfire.  I replaced the coil, throttle position sensor and eletronic control module.  The entire fuel system was replaced a year ago, so I really believe it is in the egnition system.  Any suggestins would be greatly appreciated.

The last reading was multiple misfire.

The dreaded ''multiple misfire'' code. Use the search function for ''PO300'' and see if the info you find will help. Let us know.

just for *(@#$& and giggles, I would put a fuel pressure gauge on it and see if all is ok.  If there is any question on what you find-report back to us all! JP PS may be ignition but this is an easy check and will eliminate pump injectors and the like!
