I am going to buy a Boler trailer it weighs 2400 lbs. can I use my bumper hitch on my 99 S10 blazer? The spare tire is underneath and I don''t want to remove it to mount a receiver hitch.I was told this bumper was rated for 3500 Lbs., I would like to see this in writing before I try it.

Look on the bumper by where the ball would mount. It should give the tongue weight and trailer weight ratings.
