I''ve been thinking far a while about converting from 4wd to 2wd. The other day I was looking at rebuid kits for my trans and decided that I will just make it 2wd. I will also throw a 5spd in it.
I will have to get a t5 trans, pedal assembly, driveshaft, clutch cable or hydraulics (haven''t decided), clutch, flywheel, and a center console. I am sure that I am forgetting something. If you notice anything that I forgot, please let me know.
I will be lowering the truck back to where it used to be and eventually put airbags on it.
I will probably start it in the next couple of weeks. I''m glad I still have my other car as a backup.
I will take some pictures of the progress and keep them posted.
