I use an hydraulic press to remove them.. If you can find the appropriate sized sockets, one that is just a bit smaller than the hole the bushing slides through and another that is large enough for the other side of the bushing to slid into, you can remove them with a threaded rod and some time. Just make sure that you get a good strong threaded rod. Basically the biggest you can fit through the bushing/sockets. For the installation, you can do it much the same way, just instead of a socket on the bushing side, just use a real heavy washer. The dealership would use the following special tools: J 21474-01 Control Arm Bushing Service Set J 21474-18 Nut J 21474-19 Bolt
